Governing Documents
The Oak Run Property Owner's Association is an Illinois not-for-profit corporation that was established in 1971. Association membership is comprised of owners of residential lots within the development. Members pay an annual maintenance assessment and usage fees to cover the cost of maintaining the common grounds and facilities.

Because Oak Run is a private development, to become a member of the Association, a residential lot must be purchased. All members of the Association are property owners.

Association Documents
The governing documents for the Association were designed to establish community-wide standards and establish a common scheme for the development as a whole. These documents are intended to be consistent with and in furtherance of the restrictions in the restrictive covenants. If there is any inconsistency, the covenants control.
